Be a Mentor
“NO, Not me! I can not do that! I am not qualified.”
Have you ever thought these thoughts? Stop right now! Believe in yourself, because others believe in you. You have life experience and that experience can not be taught in a classroom. It can be shared with a friend, who is following in your footsteps. With your experience, you are now qualified to be a Mentor.
As a mentor you do not have to have all the right answers. You do need to have all the right questions to help the person you are mentoring to think and develop from their experience.
Challenge yourself and believe in yourself to be a mentor. You have life experience worth sharing.
One of the greatest honors I have had is to be asked to be a mentor to a younger woman.
